What payment gateway's are supported?
Our most common gateway is Stripe. Stripe is a secure way to accept credit card payments online. It’s trusted by Fortune 500 companies to individuals and everything in between. If you are in French Polynesia, we use PayZen.
Do I need to create a Stripe account?
You are not required to make an account with Stripe. For better rates, connect your bank account within the Agenda platform. Contact us if you process more than $1m/year.
Credit card fees/processing rates?
For Canadian accounts it is 2.25% + $0.30 per transaction
For Domestic cards, 2.7% + $0.30 per transaction
For international cards and 3.5% + $0.30 per transaction for AMEX.
All American accounts are 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction for all cards.
No charge in the event of a cancellation. No agent booking fees. Unlimited free refunds. Unlimited bookings, no surcharges.

How quickly will I get my money?
After a transaction is processed money will be deposited in your bank account within 48hrs (if it's an American Account) or 7 days (if it's a Canadian Account). Transfers can be setup on a rolling basis to get daily deposits or batched into weekly or monthly deposits on request.
Can I connect my own point of sale?
Unfortunately, we cannot connect directly to your point of sale at this time.
