Sales Development Role
We are looking for pro-active individuals with strong leadership qualities and who are excellent communicators. As an ABL Hustler, you will be required to occasionally pitch our product to clients, give demos and, most importantly, take ownership of your actions. This is a full-time position and we are looking for someone who will work no less than 40 hours a week.

The SDR will be assisting our SMB sales team in the following areas:
- Establishing strong relationships with small to medium sized tour operators through cold calling and in-person meetings
- Qualify leads to be passed along to Account Managers
- Booking Meetings/Demo's for Account Managers
- Provide product training to new customers using our booking software
- And more...

Our Ideal Candidate:
- Must be fluent in English and have good communication skills
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, self-motivated and reliable
- Previous customer service & sales experience
- Willing to grind the phone
- Enthusiastic about the activity and tour industry
